What we collect
We only collect what is needed to run the store:
- Your name, e-mail, phone number and shipping address, to deliver your order.
- Your order history, to handle support and returns.
- Your e-mail address, if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We share your address and phone number with our courier partner solely to deliver your parcel.
Payment information
We never see or store your card details. Online payments, when enabled, are handled entirely by a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — write to hello@blissnbloom.in and we will action it within 30 days.
You can unsubscribe from marketing e-mail with the link in any message we send.
