Pricing and payment

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes are handled as displayed during checkout, where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices, offers or promotions without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after the applicable payment or order confirmation requirements are completed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible PIN codes and locations. For COD orders:

• A 40% advance payment of the total order value is required to confirm the order.
• The remaining 60% must be paid at the time of delivery.
• The order is processed for dispatch only after the advance payment is successfully received.
• If a COD order is refused, repeatedly undeliverable for customer-related reasons, or returned after dispatch, the advance is handled according to our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Orders and product availability

All orders are subject to product availability and order verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Any other reasonable circumstance affecting order fulfilment

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your full name, delivery address, correct PIN code, active mobile number and e-mail address where applicable.

We may not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. You must not misuse the website, attempt fraudulent transactions or interfere with its normal functioning.

Unless otherwise stated, the BlissNBloom name, logo, website content, product names, packaging designs, photographs, graphics and other original materials on this website belong to or are used with permission by BlissNBloom.
